This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") explains how Wemorph ("Wemorph, the "Team", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses, and shares data in connection with the Wemorph mobile app and website (wemorph.xyz or www.wemorph.xyz), and all of our other properties, products, and services. Your use of the apps is subject to this Policy as well as our Terms of Use.
High Level Summary
- Wemorph is a South Korea-based team focused on creating and launching digital products. The team is not incorporated as a legal entity but complies with all applicable South Korean laws and regulations.
- If you sign up or log in through an external provider such as Apple, we may collect limited personal information such as your email address and basic profile details shared by the provider. This information is used solely for authentication and user account management.
- Wemorph collects non-identifiable data like device type, browser version, etc. This data helps us improve app performance and user experience, without identifying or tracking users.
- If you specifically sign up to receive emails from us, we will store your email address to allow us to send you those emails. You can unsubscribe at any time. We will not attempt to link your email address to your IP address, or other personal data.
- Wemorph continues to explore methods to further protect consumers' privacy, such as opt-out prompts, migrating to privacy-centric tooling and deploying proxies to anonymize network traffic.
- Any material changes to privacy will be reflected in an updated privacy policy.
Data We Collect
We do not collect or use your data for marketing, advertising, or profiling. When you use the App, the following data may be processed:
- Authentication data (via external provider such as Apple Sign-In): Used only to identify your account securely.
- Backup data (optional): Your app-related data are saved to our database only when you explicitly activate the “Backup Data” feature. This data is stored in anonymized form and used only for restoration purposes. We do not collect or store any personal data unless you explicitly choose to use the data backup feature.
- Anonymous usage analytics: Used only to improve the app’s usability and user experience (UX). We may use third party usage analytics tool such as Mixpanel to collect anonymized usage data such as button clicks and screen views. These events are collected without identifying individual users and are used solely to improve app functionality and user experience. No personal information is included in analytics events.
Data Retention & Deletion
We retain your data only when you explicitly back it up. You may request deletion of your backup data by contacting us at gm@wemorph.xyz. We respond to all deletion requests within a reasonable time and delete all relevant records from our systems.
Data Sharing with Third Parties
We do not sell or share your personal data with any third parties. We use the following service providers under strict privacy terms:
- Supabase: For secure data storage and authentication
- Mixpanel: For anonymized behavioral analytics
We use Supabase and Mixpanel to support core functionalities and improve the user experience. These services may process anonymized data on our behalf. Both Supabase and Mixpanel operate in compliance with international data privacy laws (including GDPR and CCPA) and may engage subprocessors under strict data protection agreements. Third Party Cookies
We may use services provided by Google and other third parties that use tracking technology such as cookies, device ID, and localStorage, to collect information about your use of the Services and our interactions with you. You can opt out of having your online activity and device data collected through these third-party services, including by:

Security
We implement and maintain reasonable administrative, physical, and technical security safeguards to help protect data from loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Nevertheless, transmission via the internet is not completely secure and we cannot guarantee the security of information about you. You are responsible for all of your activity on the Services.
Age Requirements
The Services are intended for a general audience and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have received personal information about a child under the age of 18, please contact us.
Changes to this Policy
If we make material changes to this Policy, we will notify you via the Services. Nevertheless, your continued use of the Services reflects your periodic review of this Policy and other Company terms, and indicates your consent to them.
